The activities focus on using telemedicine to build a healthier and more equitable future. In line with the "Saving Lives" subtheme, the expansion of telemedicine to remote and low-income areas directly contributes to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by providing access to essential medical care and preventing disease. Simultaneously, through "Empowering Lives," the platform empowers individuals to manage their health with greater autonomy, a crucial step towards SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). Additionally, through "Connecting Lives," the initiative promotes the technological innovation and digital infrastructure needed for SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), connecting patients with specialists and building a more robust and accessible global health network.
ネットワーク: Networking is crucial to the success of a project, as it ensures access to resources, validation, credibility, and scalability, transforming it from an idea into a solution with global impact.
By expanding our services to rural and remote areas, where geographic distance impedes access to clinics and hospitals, telemedicine fulfills the pillar of "Saving Lives," ensuring that medical care reaches those who need it most. Furthermore, it addresses the shortage of healthcare professionals in underserved communities by allowing patients to consult with specialists in other regions. This not only "Empowers Lives" by giving greater autonomy and control over their health, but also "Connects Lives" by breaking down physical barriers. Finally, by reducing transportation and lodging costs, telemedicine becomes accessible to low-income populations, aligning with the vision of a future where well-being and health are universal rights, not privileges.
The key people for this collaboration would be: healthcare professionals to ensure quality care; community leaders to bring the perspective and real needs of underserved populations; technology and design experts to build an intuitive and accessible platform; public administrators to ensure alignment with health policies; and social investors to guarantee the project's viability and expansion. Together, these co-creators could develop a telemedicine service that not only solves technical problems but also truly integrates with and benefits society.
Our services are an essential tool for "Designing the Future Society for Our Lives" by using technology to democratize access to healthcare, empower patients, and strengthen connections between people, making personal well-being a more attainable goal for everyone.

Our most recent and notable impact occurred during the climate disaster in Rio Grande do Sul, where we mobilized telemedicine to assist victims. This initiative demonstrated our service's ability to provide crucial assistance in emergency situations, overcoming geographic barriers and facilitating access to healthcare for affected populations.
