Account Setting

Registrants’ Account Information, Password and Email Address can be changed in this screen. Withdrawal from the “Team Expo 2025” program can also be set here.

 

1. Click “Account” in the header menu.

 

• “Account” screen is displayed.

 

 

Edit the Account Information

The Account Information can be edited in this screen.

 

1. Click “Info Change” button at the top of the “Account” screen.

 

2. Click “Confirmation” button after editing the account information in the “Account Information Change” screen.

• To set an “icon image”, click the “Register” button in the icon image field.
To delete the set icon image, click the “Remove” button.

• The "Mode of Participation" item cannot be changed after the co-creation challenge or co-creation partner is approved.

 

3. On the “Account Information Confirm” screen, confirm the changes and click “Update” button.

 

• The “Account” screen is updated.

 

 

Change Password

Your password can be changed in this screen.

 

1. Click “Change Password” button at the top of the “Account” screen.

 

2. On the “Change Password” screen, enter “Current Password”, “New Password”, and “Confirm Password”, then click the “Update” button.

 

• The “Password Change Completion” screen will be displayed, and a “Password Update completed” email arrives to the registered email address.
(The content of the email text may change to keep updated.)

• Again please login to MyPage using your new password set.

 

 

Change Email Address

Your email address set can be changed in this screen.
Note that if you change your email address, your login user ID also changes.

 

1. Click “Change Email Address” button at the top of the “Account” screen.

 

2. On the “Change Email Address” screen, enter “Current Email Address” and “New Email Address”, then click the “Update” button.

 

• A “One-Time Password” email arrives to your new email address.

 

3. On the “Email Address Change One-Time Password Entry” screen, enter the one-time password and click the “Update” button.

 

• The “Email Address Change Completion” screen will be displayed, and a “Mail Address Update completed” email arrives to the old email address.
(The content of the email text may change to keep updated.)

• Again please login to MyPage using your new email address set.

 

 

Termination

Termination from the “Team Expo 2025” program can be set in this screen.

 

1. Click “Terminate” button at the top of the “Account” screen.

 

2. On the “Terminate” screen, read the caution carefully and enter the “Reason for your withdrawal”.
Then click the “Continue with the termination of your Co-Creation Membership” button.

 

3. On the “Withdrawal Confirmation” screen, confirm the details and click the “Withdrawal” button.

 

• The “Withdrawal Completion” screen will be displayed, and a “Withdrawal completed” email arrives to the registered email address.
