Co-Creation Partner Change Apply

Change the contents of the Co-Creation Partner that has already been applied and published to reapply.

1. On the “List of Co-Creation Partners” screen, click the name of the Co-Creation Partner to change.

2. Click the “Edit” button on the “Co-Creation Partners Published” screen.

3. Make changes on the “Modification of the Application to Become a Co-Creation Partner” screen and click the “Confirmation” button.

4. Confirm the changes on the “Modification of the Application to Become a Co-Creation Partner” confirmation screen and click the “Modification” button.

• The “Change Application” screen is displayed to fill in the reason for the change. Then click the “Send” button.

• The “Co-Creation Partner Change Application” procedure is completed and it returns to the “List of Co-Creation Partners” screen.

• Once the Association approves the change request, the changed Co-Creation Partner will be published.

Co-Creation Partner Termination Apply

Apply to close to the public Co-Creation Partner that is currently open to the public.

1. On the “List of Co-Creation Partners” screen, click the name of the Co-Creation Partner to be terminated publishing.

2. On the “Co-Creation Partners Published” screen, click the “End Application” button.

3. The “End Application” screen is displayed to fill in the reason for termination etc. Then, click the “Send” button.

• The “Co-Creation Partner Termination Application” procedure is completed and it returns to the “List of Co-Creation Partners” screen.

• Once the Association approves the termination request, it is terminated publishing.
