New Application for Co-Creation Partner

Create a new Co-Creation Partner and apply.

1. Click “Co-Creation Partners” in the header menu.

2. On the “List of Co-Creation Partners” screen, click the “New Application” button.

3. Fill out the necessary information on the “Application to Become a Co-Creation Partner” screen and click the “Confirmation” button.

4. Confirm the input information on the “Application to Become a Co-Creation Partner” confirmation screen and click the “Apply” button.

• A new “Co-Creation Partner” is created and it returns to the “List of Co-Creation Partners” screen.

Co-Creation Partner Application Acceptance and Publication

To accept an application as a Co-Creation Partner, an exclusive registration form must be submitted.

When the association accepts your Co-Creation Partner application, the Co-Creation Partner column you manage will be displayed as “Tentatively approved”. Then you will receive a notification from the association.

1. Click the name column of the Co-Creation Partner with displaying as “Tentatively approved”.

2. On the “Co-Creation Partners Tentatively approved” screen, click the “Download the registration form” button to download the registration form.

3. Fill out/seal to the downloaded registration form.

4. On the “Co-Creation Partners Tentatively approved” screen, click the “Submit the registration form” button and upload the completed registration form.

• The only PDF file format can be uploaded.

After the association receives an application for the registration form you submitted, (1)the content is examined --> (2)approved --> (3)a release date is set. On the set release date, your Co-Creation Partner will be released to the public. After publication, the “Status” of the Co-Creation Partner is displayed as “Published”, and the “Co-Creation Challenges you support”, “Events”, and “Member’s posts” fields with the respective “Manage” buttons are displayed. Each management screen becomes possible to operate.
