■Our Co-Creation Challenge

We believe that rural farmers deserve more than just survival — they deserve opportunity. This challenge aims to support smallholder farmers in Nigeria by connecting them directly to international buyers. We help them understand post-harvest handling, improve product quality, and overcome market barriers through training and mentoring.

Through a fair, commission-based export model, Jumong Global Services ensures farmers receive better income and recognition for their hard work. This project is about co-creating a future where local producers can participate in global trade, improve their livelihoods, and contribute meaningfully to sustainable development.

By working together with NGOs, export partners, and sustainability advocates, we aim to create a network that uplifts rural communities, reduces waste, and promotes dignity in agriculture.

Let me know if you'd like it shortened or adjusted for tone. When you're done with this section, I’ll help with the next field (e.g. "Resources Needed" or “Relationship with Expo Theme”). You're doing great — almost done

■Required Resources

Information dissemination / Promotion: We would greatly benefit from visibility through TEAM EXPO 2025’s information dissemination channels. Sharing our work on the Expo platform will help us connect with global buyers, collaborators, and partners who are interested in sustainable agriculture and small-scale business development. Publicity will also boost our credibility and support fundraising, outreach, and future collaboration opportunities. This will allow us to scale our impact and empower more rural farmers through fair and inclusive trade.

■Regions you would like to expand to

We aim to expand our project across other rural regions of Nigeria and West Africa where smallholder farmers face challenges in accessing international markets. Additionally, we are open to partnerships that allow us to connect with farming cooperatives and sustainable trade platforms in Asia and Europe. Our long-term goal is to build a global commission-based trade network that empowers small-scale producers in developing countries.

■People you would like to co-create with

We welcome collaboration from agricultural experts, international trade facilitators, NGOs, sustainability advocates, and technology providers who are interested in empowering rural farmers and promoting fair trade. We are also open to co-creating with universities, environmental organizations, and business networks that support small-scale producers, inclusive markets, and global SDG-focused initiatives.

■Relation to the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan theme

Our challenge reflects the spirit of “Designing Future Society for Our Lives” by working to create a fairer and more sustainable future for rural communities. We believe that smallholder farmers, often left behind, deserve better access to global markets, training, and opportunities. By helping them grow through sustainable practices and fair trade, we’re supporting lives, not just livelihoods. This project is about inclusion, connection, and hope — values we believe are at the heart of the Expo’s vision for a better world.
