■Our Co-Creation Challenge

To realize the theme of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan — “Designing Future Society for Our Lives” — our Co-Creation Challenge will focus on empowering organizations and individuals to co-design a sustainable, inclusive, and digitally enabled future.

My brand will lead initiatives that integrate process engineering, AI-powered innovation, and human-centered leadership. Through a holistic lens, we aim to address global challenges with systems that are not only efficient, but ethical, adaptive, and inclusive.

Main Activities:
Global Awareness & Knowledge Sharing (Education & Capacity Building)

Deliver bilingual (EN/ES) digital content via Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website to promote continuous improvement, systems thinking, and multicultural collaboration.

Share open-access articles, case studies, and workshops on AI, digital transformation, and sustainable operations to expand access to engineering knowledge and tools.

Holistic Consulting for Sustainable Development (Advisory & Co-Creation)

Offer consulting services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and nonprofits to improve internal processes using sustainable, AI-powered, and human-integrated methodologies.

Co-create process improvement and change management frameworks with local and international stakeholders based on empathy, efficiency, and SDG alignment.

Change Leadership for Migrant Communities

Empower migrants and multicultural leaders by sharing tools for navigating personal and professional transformation.

Host virtual roundtables and interactive content that center migrant voices in innovation, collaboration, and development.

Provide guidance and coaching for leadership, emotional intelligence, and intercultural adaptation.

Digital Transformation with Purpose (DX & Ethical AI)

Promote responsible AI integration in organizations, especially in process reengineering and service design.

Encourage digital transformation strategies that support work-life balance, well-being, and human-centered automation.

Community Dialogue & International Collaboration

Facilitate multilingual conversations about sustainable leadership and global equity.

Connect professionals from Latin America, Australia, Japan, and beyond to co-create inclusive frameworks for leadership, engineering, and continuous improvement.

SDG Alignment:
This challenge contributes to:

SDG 4: Quality Education (through knowledge-sharing & capacity building)

SDG 5: Gender Equality (as a woman-led initiative empowering female and multicultural voices)

SDG 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth (through organizational transformation)

SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (via process optimization and AI)

SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities (through multicultural empowerment)

SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities (systems for adaptable communities)

SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production (efficiency through process reengineering)

SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals (global collaboration and shared learning)

This challenge is not just a project — it’s a growing global movement where technology meets humanity, and where transformation is both structural and human.

Together, we can shape a more inclusive, intelligent, and adaptable future.

■Required Resources

Networking: To realize the full potential of this Co-Creation Challenge, we are seeking meaningful networking opportunities that connect us with organizations, professionals, and innovators across sectors and regions. As a brand focused on digital and human transformation, access to diverse voices, collaborative partners, and thought leaders is essential.

We aim to:

Build partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and public organizations working toward inclusive innovation.

Collaborate with multicultural and interdisciplinary teams to co-create human-centered engineering solutions.

Exchange knowledge and best practices in AI integration, sustainability, and organizational transformation.

Expand access to global platforms to amplify voices from migrant, multicultural, and underrepresented communities.

By joining the Team Expo 2025 ecosystem, we hope to foster cross-border collaboration and co-create scalable models for a future society that integrates systems, people, and purpose.

■Regions you would like to expand to

Our Co-Creation Challenge is designed to create meaningful, scalable, and inclusive transformation across borders — bridging technology, process innovation, and human-centered leadership. Key expansion regions include:

Asia-Pacific
Japan is a symbolic and strategic center, aligning with this Expo's theme of “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.”

Australia & New Zealand serve as the current base of operations, where I’m a certified Professional Engineer recognized by Engineers Australia, with credentials under the Production, Plant & Mechanical group for both countries. Our brand is deeply rooted in digital transformation, sustainability, and system optimization throughout this region.

Latin America
Colombia, where the foundation of my career was built, in leadership across industrial engineering, process management, and ethical systems.

Brazil, a key region of expansion, where I have professional experience collaborating with multinationals operating in Brazilian markets. These partnerships laid the groundwork for bilingual, cross-cultural, and process-oriented solutions tailored to emerging markets.

Latin America is ideal for scalable solutions in digital adoption, process optimization, and leadership development in increasingly globalized industries.

Europe
Spain, where my native Spanish fluency enhances outreach and integration. The shared language and cultural understanding offer powerful potential for impact across organizations focused on systems and human development.

Germany, where I’ve collaborated with innovation professionals, including co-speaking at a Harvard event with a German colleague. The region’s industrial expertise, focus on circular economies, and ethical technology make it a priority for expansion.

Nordic countries, known for sustainable innovation, inclusivity, and progressive digital ecosystems, align perfectly with our model of holistic, ethical, and adaptive transformation.

North America
United States and Canada, particularly through academic and innovation ecosystems. I’m part of the Harvard Business School community, where I’ve contributed as a speaker on digital transformation and system leadership. These regions are innovation hubs ideal for developing collaborative solutions in AI, leadership, and organizational change.

Our global roadmap reflects the commitment to multicultural collaboration, AI-powered transformation, and inclusive, resilient systems aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — with language, ethics, and empathy at the core.

■Relation to the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan theme

Connecting Systems and Humanity: A Holistic Engineering Approach to Future Society” aligns directly with the Expo’s core vision — “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.”

This initiative promotes digital and human transformation by integrating process engineering, AI, sustainability, and multicultural collaboration into organizational and community development. It reflects how we can co-create a society that is both efficient and empathetic — designed for people, powered by systems.

Our approach addresses the Expo’s three sub-themes:

Connecting Lives:
We connect people and systems across cultures, industries, and continents. Through bilingual content, cross-border collaboration, and a human-centered brand, we foster dialogue between engineers, psychologists, and transformation leaders — showing that innovation is not just technological, but social and emotional.

Empowering Lives:
By empowering professionals and migrants through content, coaching, and consulting rooted in empathy and structure, we support continuous improvement at both the personal and organizational level. We emphasize leadership, inclusion, and resilience — especially in the face of global change and migration.

Saving Lives:
Though not in the traditional healthcare sense, this initiative contributes to safer, fairer systems through improved risk management, ethical leadership, and sustainable operations. As a certified professional engineer and specialist in occupational health, safety, and quality, I help organizations and people design processes that protect wellbeing.

Our initiative recognizes that society’s future won’t be shaped by technology alone — but by how people interact with technology, with each other, and with the systems they inhabit. We stand at the intersection of engineering and empathy, digital transformation and cultural understanding, offering a global, multicultural contribution to the Expo’s theme.

As a member of Engineers Australia, the Harvard community, and a Latin American migrant, I bring together diverse perspectives and real-world practice to help co-design a society that is resilient, inclusive, and aligned with the SDGs — one connection at a time.
