MyPage: Add Co-Creation Members in Co-Creation Challenges

Add Co-Creation Members
After applying for a Co-Creation Challenge, add members to the Co-Creation Challenge.
1. On the “List of Co-Creation Challenges” screen, click the number of Co-Creation Member column.
2. On the “List of Co-Creation Challenge Members” screen, click the “Register New Member” button.
- The "Register New Member" button will not be displayed if you have "Participants" privileges. Only those with "Administrator" privileges, the applicant for this Co-Creation Challenge, can add Co-Creation Members.
3. On the “Add Member” screen, enter the EXPO ID of the Co-Creation Member to be added and click the “Search” button.
• Please enter the EXPO ID correctly using 8 digits.
4. Confirm the displayed member candidates and click the “Add” button.

• If you check the additional member candidates on the “Add Member” screen, the name of additional member will be published as “Co-Creation Members” on the “Co-Creation Challenge Details” screen on the public site.

• The “Members added” screen is displayed and it returns to the “List of Co-Creation Challenge Members” screen.

• The “Someone has requested to participate in your Co-Creation Challenge” button will flash on the MyPage “List of Co-Creation Challenges” screen of the person you have requested to join as a Co-Creation Member.

• When the person you requested to participate as a Co-Creation Member approves the Co-Creation Member participation request, a “Your request to participate in the Co-Creation Challenge has been approved” will be displayed in the “Notifications from Co-Creation Members” column.
