New Application for Co-Creation Challenge

Create a new Co-Creation Challenge and apply.

1. Click “Co-Creation Challenges” in the header menu.

2. On the “Co-Creation Challenge List” screen, click the “New Application” button.

3. Fill out the necessary information on the “Application for a Co-Creation Challenge” screen and click the “Confirmation” button.

4. Confirm the input information on the “Application for a Co-Creation Challenge” confirmation screen and click the “Apply” button.

• A new “Co-Creation Challenge” is created and it returns to the “List of Co-Creation Challenges” screen.

• The applied “Co-Creation Challenge” will be displayed as “Submitted”.

"Administrator" and "Participants" privileges for Co-Creation Challenge.

If you applied for a Co-Creation Challenge yourself, you will be the "Administrator" of that Co-Creation Challenge. If you are participating as a Co-Creation Member, you will have "Participants" privileges. It will be displayed as shown in the figure below.

Only those with "Administrator" privileges can perform the following operations.

• "Edit" and "Request to Terminate the Co-Creation Challenge" for the co-creation challenge
• Adding co-creation members
• Requesting support from co-creation partners

If you have "Participants" privileges, the buttons necessary for the above operations will not be displayed.

Co-Creation Challenge Application Acceptance and Publication

After the association receives an application for a Co-Creation Challenge, (1)the content is examined --> (2)approved --> (3)a release date is set. On the set release date, your Co-Creation Challenge will be released to the public.

After publication, the “Status” of the Co-Creation Challenge is displayed as “Submitted” --> “Published”, and the “Supporting Co-Creation Partners”, “Events”, and “Member’s Posts” fields with the respective “Manage” buttons are displayed. Each management screen becomes possible to operate.
