How We’re Solving These Issues

The Mu supports local startups in high-potential regions by creating environments where blockchain technology can be harnessed to overcome these barriers. We focus on:

1. Decentralized Finance (DeFi): Backing startups that create accessible financial services like microloans and crowdfunding, helping entrepreneurs bypass traditional banking challenges.
2. Smart Contracts: Enabling startups to automate and secure business processes, reducing costs and promoting cross-border trade and investment.
3. Digital Identity: Assisting startups in developing blockchain-based identity solutions, giving entrepreneurs the tools they need to establish credibility and access global markets.

Through Pop-Up Cities, we provide space where local entrepreneurs can find mentorship, resources, and networking opportunities tailored to their unique challenges. Hackathons and workshops empower participants to develop practical blockchain solutions, with the goal of leaving behind a network of empowered entrepreneurs and stronger local economies.

We have already established our initiatives in Southeast Asia (muChiangMai, Thailand), Latin America (muBuenos, Argentina), and Africa (muAccra, Ghana).
Our vision is to expand the community and our culture across other high-potential regions, including Asia, the Middle East, additional countries in Africa, and Latin America.

We aim to collaborate with:

Our name, “Mu,” comes from a legendary lost continent believed to have nurtured great civilizations. While “Mu” may be gone, its spirit lives on through the values of sharing, supporting, and building a better future.

Like Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, we’re not about creating permanent cities. We’re about making connections and passing on values that can shape societies.
