マーコグリーンパワーは「犬の健康と幸せを食から支えたい」という想いのもと、オリジナルブランドのドッグフード販売をスタートしました。その過程で私たちは、ペットフード業界における深刻な課題――年間を通じて大量に生産され、廃棄されているペットフードの実態――に直面しました。近年では、人間が口にできるほどの高品質な原材料がペットフードにも使用されているため、この大量廃棄はフードロスの観点からも見過ごせない問題となっています。

こうした問題の解決と私たちの理念の実現のために、マーコグリーンパワーでは小ロット生産に対応できる自社工場の立ち上げを計画しています。この工場では小ロットでの受注生産を実現することにより、必要な量だけを無駄なく生産し、ペットフードロスの削減を目指します。また、新たなペットフードブランドや製品の立ち上げがしやすくなり、結果として飼い主が愛犬に与えられる食の選択肢が飛躍的に広がります。

さらに、この工場には太陽光パネルを設置し、稼働エネルギーを自家発電でまかなう計画です。持続可能なエネルギーを用いることで、環境への負荷を抑えながら、犬と暮らすすべての方々に安心・安全なペットフードを提供し続けることができます。

【Supporting Dogs' Health and Happiness Through Food — The Vision of Marco Green Power】
Marco Green Power is committed to supporting the health and happiness of dogs through nutrition. While people can adjust their diets based on their health conditions, dogs often have a more limited option—despite the variety of allergies, illnesses, or other health conditions
which require special diets for longevity and wellbeing.

Through our journey of developing and selling original dog food, we became aware of a serious issue in the pet food industry: mass production and waste. Many pet foods today use human-grade ingredients, making food loss from excessive disposal a pressing concern.

To address this issue, we plan on launching our own factory which enables small-lot, made-to-order production. This approach minimizes waste by producing consumable amounts and will also make it easier for new companies to join the pet food industry, which will help develop diverse pet food options tailored to individual dogs’ needs.

Our factory will also be equipped with solar panels, allowing us to operate using sustainable, self-generated energy. By building an environmentally friendly and responsible production system, we aim to provide safe, high-quality pet food to dog owners while minimizing our ecological footprint.
