New Registration for the “TEAM EXPO 2025” Programme

Register for an “EXPO 2025 ID” required to participate in the “TEAM EXPO 2025” programme.
Once registration is completed, you will be able to access your “MyPage”.

 

1. Click the “Register Now” button in the header menu.

 

• The “New Registration” screen is displayed.

 

2. After opening all the links for “Terms” and “Privacy Policy” displayed on the screen, tick all 4 items and click the “Continue” button.

• Please note that the “Terms” and “Privacy Policy” cannot be ticked unless you open the links.

• If you tick all 4 items, you will be able to select the “Continue” button.

 

3. Enter an email address to register on the next screen and click the “Send” button.

 

• The “Sent” screen will be displayed, and an email will be sent to the registered email address asking you to register for the official website of the TEAM EXPO 2025 programme. (The content of the email text may change from time to time.)

 

4. Click the URL in the email.

 

NOTE  

• The registration URL is valid for 24 hours. Please complete registration within 24 hours after receiving the email.

 

5. On the “Enter registration information” screen, complete all fields and click the “Register” button.

 

NOTE  

• Please set your password to be between 9 and 20 characters, including all half-width alphanumeric characters and uppercase letters.

• The password set here is required when logging in. We recommend that you make a note of it.

 

• The “New Registration Completed” screen will be displayed, and a “New Registration Completed” email will be sent to the registered email address. (The content of the email text may change from time to time.) 
Registration for participation in the “TEAM EXPO 2025” programme is now completed.

 

 

 

Access MyPage

Once you have completed registering for your “EXPO 2025 ID”, get started by logging in and accessing the “MyPage” screen.

 

1. Click “Login” in the header menu.

 

• The “Login” screen is displayed.

 

2. Enter the email address you registered on the “New Registration” screen and the password you registered on the “Enter registration information” screen, and click the “Login” button.

 

NOTE  

• If you enter the wrong user ID (email address) or password five times, you will be locked out for one hour.

• If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link to reset your password. For more information, see “Forgot Password?”.

 

• The top page of “MyPage” is displayed.

 

 

Enter a One-Time Password

When logging in for the first time, you will be required to enter a one-time password.

 

1. Confirm the “One-time password” email sent to your registered email address.

 

2. On the “One-time password Entry” screen, enter the one-time password and click the “Login” button.

 

NOTE  

• The one-time password URL expires in 3 hours. Please complete the one-time password entry within 3 hours after receiving the email.

• On the “One-time password Entry” screen, if you tick “ Skip the one-time password from this browser next time”, you will not have to enter one-time passwords for the next six months.

 

• The top page of “MyPage” is displayed.

 

 

Forgot Password

 

1. On the “Login” screen, click “Forgot Password?”.

 

2. Enter your registered email address on the “Forgot your password?” screen and click the “Send” button.

 

• The “Sent” screen will be displayed, and a “TEAM EXPO 2025” Password Reset email will be sent to the registered email address. (The content of the email text may change from time to time.)

 

3. Click the URL in the email.

 

NOTE  

• The password reset URL is valid for 24 hours. Please complete the password reset within 24 hours after receiving the email.

 

4. Enter your new password on the “Password Reset” screen and click the “Register” button.

 

• The “Password Reset Completed” screen will be displayed, and a “Password reset completed” email will be sent to the registered email address. (The content of the email text may change from time to time.) 
Click the “Login” button and log in using your new password.

New Application for a Co-Creation Challenge

Create and submit a new application for a Co-Creation Challenge.

 

1. Click “Co-Creation Challenges” in the header menu of MyPage.

 

2. On the “List of Co-Creation Challenges” screen, click the “New Application” button.

 

3. Fill out the necessary information on the “Application for a Co-Creation Challenge” screen and click the “Confirmation” button.

 

4. Confirm the information entered on the “Application for a Co-Creation Challenge” confirmation screen and click the “Apply” button.

• A new “Co-Creation Challenge” is then created, and it returns to the “List of Co-Creation Challenges” screen.

• The “Co-Creation Challenge” that you applied for will be displayed as “Submitted”.

 

 

Co-Creation Challenge Application Acceptance and Publication

After the Association receives an application for a Co-Creation Challenge, 1) the content is examined —> 2) approved —> and 3) a publication date is set. On the set publication date, your Co-Creation Challenge will be published.

After publication, the “Status” of the Co-Creation Challenge is displayed as “Submitted” —> “Published”, and the “Supporting Co-Creation Partners”, “Events”, and “Member’s Posts” fields with the respective “Manage” buttons are also displayed. You will then be able to control each management screen.
